Rehabilitation Hospital of Oak Creek, operated with Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Part Time Plant Operation Worker to maintain hospital buildings and systems, ensuring safety, functionality and cleanliness.

You will report to the Director of Plant Operations, assist with safety inspections, coordinate with departments, and perform repairs, remodeling, and equipment installations as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience; hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Report daily to the Director of Plant Operations on facility conditions.
• Assist with safety and regulatory compliance inspections.
• Coordinate with departments to schedule work and procure supplies.
• Perform maintenance repairs, remodeling, and equipment installations.
• Support facility safety protocols with the Safety and Security Departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

The Plant Operation Worker is responsible for performing maintenance and repair work to ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of hospital buildings and systems. This role supports daily plant operations and contributes to regulatory compliance and facility improvement.

How you'll contribute

• Report daily to the Director of Plant Operations on facility conditions and progress of assigned tasks.
• Support the implementation of quality and productivity standards for equipment and building maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule work, set priorities, and coordinate materials and supplies.
• Perform maintenance repairs, remodeling, minor construction, and equipment installations.
• Assist with facility fire and safety inspections and implement safety protocols in coordination with the Safety and Security Departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Information

• Must be able to operate independently and handle a variety of building systems and equipment.
• Collaboration with clinical and administrative departments is expected for facility support.

Requirements And Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance; hospital setting preferred.
