Qualifications

• Experience with merchandising standards and planograms preferred.
• Ability to communicate priorities with managers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe's policies and programs.
• Build relationships with vendors; ensure merchandise resets meet Lowe’s specs.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Service team and Manager on priorities and project needs.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Explain product features, stock availability, warranties, and special orders.
• Ensure signage and wayfinding are accurate and updated.
• Maintain planograms, price blocks, and color blocks; rotate stock as needed.
• Assist with pricing, stock rotation, and merchandising standards.
• Communicate issues with quality or quantity to supervisors and MSM.
