Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• 8–10 years of progressive plant engineering, maintenance, reliability, or capital-project experience in manufacturing, including leadership of managers, engineers, or skilled-trades teams.
• Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred with IATF 16949 knowledge and disciplined problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for plant engineering, facilities, maintenance, utilities, equipment reliability, and technical support activities.
• Establish and execute maintenance and reliability strategies to improve safety, equipment availability, plant uptime, and lifecycle cost.
• Set targets and review performance for preventive and predictive maintenance compliance, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, OEE, maintenance cost, and schedule attainment.
• Address recurring equipment failures through root-cause analysis, corrective action, and verification of effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain critical-equipment, spare-parts, obsolescence, and business-continuity plans to reduce operational risk.
• Lead annual capital-expenditure planning, project prioritization, budget development, forecasting, and approval recommendations.
