Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Strong safety awareness and proven safety record required.
• Industrial Mechanical Maintenance experience – minimum 4 years.
• Supervisor experience – minimum 2 years.
• Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving skills required.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills required.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
