Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a maintenance technician for a global leader in building automation and industrial technology with 100+ years of history and 7,000 engineers. You will maintain and repair plant equipment, inspect systems, and complete work orders to keep facilities running safely and efficiently.

The role requires a High School diploma/GED and at least two years of experience in mechanical repair, installation, and heavy industry, with knowledge of electrical, mechanical,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years in mechanical repair, installation, and construction in heavy industry.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Lock-Out/Tag-Out experience.
• Welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining plant equipment in a state of readiness.
• Inspects condition and operation of plant equipment and performs necessary repairs and adjustments.
• Completes work orders in a timely manner; installing, repairing and fabricating materials out of metal.
• Performs the appropriate plant equipment inspections, repairs and preventative maintenance for both fixed and mobile equipment.
• Prepares Plant reports as required and maintain an inventory of regularly used repair supplies or equipment.
