Qualifications

BS in Engineering; Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical preferred.
Minimum 5 years of metal fabrication equipment and process improvement.
Hands-on leadership experience executing projects.

Responsibilities

Lead safety, quality and productivity cost-out projects with detailed plans and projections.
Benchmark, research and specify technology for process improvements.
Implement new technology/equipment and track against project plans.
Improve Preventive Maintenance programs and TPM culture.
Develop control plans and support equipment refurbishment/upgrades.
Prepare Capital Expenditure Requests with financial justification.
