Keys to the Position:

Extensive industrial manufacturing equipment knowledge and experience that includes:

• Ability to Recommends and justifies most efficient use of existing production equipment.
• Provide new equipment justification based on labor and material savings.
• Plant-level maintenance and reliability performance, ensuring TPM systems are deployed effectively.

Strong industrial manufacturing process experience that includes:

• Responsible for the manufacturing process of new and existing products including ergonomic assessment, productivity improvements, manufacturing ability, and cost improvements.
• Implement automation and digital manufacturing solutions aligned with corporate strategy to improve consistency
• Experience with capital projects, managing multiple projects, understanding of Bill of Materials
