Parcc Associates in Delaware seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support equipment reliability, process improvement, automation, safety, and cost-reduction initiatives at a high-volume facility.

You will work on the plant floor with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, increase throughput, and drive measurable improvements across the manufacturing process. This on-site Milford, DE role requires regular floor presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in metal fabrication or equipment-intensive environments.
  • Hands-on project leadership from concept to implementation.
  • Experience with 2D/3D CAD, GD&T, tooling/fixtures, or equipment design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead safety, quality, productivity, and cost-reduction projects.
  • Identify reliability and throughput improvements to boost OEE.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations to resolve equipment issues.
  • Prepare CAPEX requests with clear financial justification.
  • Develop and implement TPM and preventive maintenance enhancements.
  • Support equipment upgrades and new technology deployments.
  • Create operating and repair procedures and PM tasks.
  • Train mechanics and operators on proper equipment operation.
  • Audit processes to ensure standards compliance.
