The ideal candidate has extensive manufacturing experience, a background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and will oversee budgeting and P&L for plant operations. This role is crucial for maintaining production standards and enhancing operational performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in plant or senior operations leadership.
• Experience in food, beverage, water, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-line production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of plant operations including processing and packaging.
• Manage multi-shift operations to ensure targets are met.
