Job summary

MPW Industrial Services is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a water regeneration plant, driving safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements. You will oversee daily operations, develop plant personnel, and leverage data and technology to meet customer expectations.

You will guide safety initiatives, optimize production capacity, and ensure adherence to corporate policies across a 24/7 service operation. A bachelor’s degree or relevant managerial experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant managerial experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate employees and build ownership of safety, production, and quality.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills with hands-on ability to understand and support plant equipment and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and organize day-to-day plant operations to safely meet or exceed customer expectations and standards.
• Maintain a visible commitment to MPW safety objectives and provide training to strengthen safe plant performance and accountability.
• Increase production, asset capacity, and operating flexibility while controlling costs and maintaining quality.
• Own plant profit-and-loss and make operational decisions focusing on productivity and customer impact.
• Plan and complete improvement projects delivering measurable gains in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
