Job summary

DSJ Global in the United States seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead a high-performance filtration manufacturing operation in Raleigh, NC. This hands-on leader will drive Lean initiatives, safety, quality, and on-time production to world-class standards.

You will manage 100+ staff across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and EHS, develop talent, implement standardized processes, and push continuous improvement while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; MBA preferred.
• 7-10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including 5-7 years as Plant Manager.
• Experience leading teams of 100+ employees.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant operation meeting production and quality goals.
• Lead and develop direct and indirect reports across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and EHS.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and coordinate all operational functions within the facility.
• Drive strategic initiatives, Lean efforts, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and enhance performance.
• Identify process improvements, solve complex issues, and implement standardized procedures.
• Full-time, on-site position with some travel.

The Plant Manager should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; MBA preferred
• 7-10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including 5-7 years as a Plant Manager
• Experience leading teams of 100+ employees
• Experience in air filtration, industrial equipment, engineered products, or similar manufacturing environments preferred
• Turnaround and continuous improvement experience preferred
• Strong background in safety, quality, and environmental compliance
