What You'll Be Doing
Oversee daily operations of the aggregate quarry, ensuring production efficiency and safety compliance.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.
Manage resources effectively, including budgets, inventory, and personnel.
Implement and uphold environmental standards and company policies.
Analyze market conditions and production reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
