Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Plant Manager to lead a Kennedale, TX facility. You will drive production schedules, safety, quality and staff development while aligning with corporate standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will oversee resource planning, budget adherence, and process improvements to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency in a polymer concrete product environment.

Qualifications

• Lead and direct facility staff to meet production/delivery schedules.
• Develop and execute safe, compliant production processes.
