Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Kennedale, TX seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department, coordinating setup, installation, maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

You will lead the maintenance team, drive preventive maintenance programs, plan schedules, and coordinate with operations and external contractors while upholding safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in maintenance management.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and process sheets.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and repairs in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff of mechanics/technicians in maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Prioritize equipment repairs based on operational demand.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and a safe work environment.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance; supervise personnel.
• Coordinate outside contractor services as needed.
