Knauf Insulation, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager at our Inwood, WV location. The role leads the manufacturing operation, focusing on safety, high quality, employee engagement and operational efficiency in a 225-employee plant.

The ideal candidate will implement world-class manufacturing practices, foster servant leadership, and drive strategic objectives while partnering with HR and marketing to sustain the company brand and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of leadership/management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in CI/Lean implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of insulation manufacturing products and processes preferred.
• Strong communication, decision-making and people leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Leads manufacturing facility with a primary focus on employee safety and engagement.
• Drives employee development, recognition, and succession planning to build leadership depth.
• Champions Lean Six Sigma and world-class manufacturing practices to improve OEE and output.
• Manages budgets, cost controls and identifies opportunities for financial improvements.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations; maintains safe operations.
