Knauf Insulation, Inc. is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead the site’s safety program and drive a proactive culture focused on risk reduction and regulatory compliance.

The role partners with plant leadership to integrate safety into daily operations, develop training, and oversee incident investigations and corrective actions. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in health and safety, 3+ years handling occupational health issues, and 5+ years in manufacturing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in health and safety or related field preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience with occupational health and safety regulatory issues.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of industrial hygiene and safety, OSHA regulations, and hazard communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and drive safe operating practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and continuous improvement of plant health and safety strategy and programs.
• Serve as primary site leader for health and safety, guiding regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Partner with plant leadership to embed safety into daily operations and culture.
• Design and deliver health and safety training for employees and leaders.
• Oversee audits, investigations, corrective actions, and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.
