Job summary

Knauf Insulation, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure safety and efficiency of the crew across shifts. You will drive continuous improvement in production processes, quality, and safety while training and developing a high-performing workforce.

You will lead Production and QA staff, enforce safety standards, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with other departments to optimize schedules and resources. This role emphasizes inclusion, teamwork, and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of production experience in industrial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew safety and enforce policies.
• Direct Production and QA teams; provide feedback.
• Provide training and development for crew members.
• Verify readiness of materials, equipment, and labor for runs.
• Communicate KPIs and safety metrics to the team.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing for shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction through data analysis.
