MSA Safety is seeking a Plant Manager for our manufacturing plant in Murrysville, PA. You will lead the organization, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while aligning with the MSA Operating System.

The role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and financial performance to meet annual budgets. Experience in SIOP and supply chain is preferred, with a track record of building high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and vision for the organization by setting strategy and driving engagement.

• Ensure products are produced to design and quality standards.
• Establish production processes to meet delivery expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement with supply chain, engineering, and cost-reduction projects.
• Collaborate with NPD teams to introduce new products on schedule and budget.
• Develop and drive performance to the annual budget with financial analytics.
• Identify capital equipment needs for the plant.
