Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP/MES data systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes, including line layouts and sequencing.
• Lead CAPEX justification and capital projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions and training for front-line leaders.
• Conduct process validation studies and track KPIs (OEE, FPY, CPK).
• Partner with safety and quality to meet standards.
