Qualifications

• 5+ years of plant leadership in high-volume manufacturing.

• Hands-on leadership focused on the plant floor and connecting with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Own safety, quality, production, maintenance, cost, and overall plant performance.
• Lead and develop operations and maintenance teams.
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Manage plant KPIs, productivity, and operational discipline.
• Ensure SQF, FDA, and food-grade manufacturing requirements are met.
• Improve output, efficiency, quality, and profitability.
