TreeHouse Foods seeks a Plant Manager for the Faison, NC facility to provide overall leadership of plant operations with a focus on safety, quality and performance. You will drive engagement, cost control, throughput, and continuous improvement while leading a high-performing team and coordinating with other functions and suppliers.

The role requires a track record of manufacturing leadership, a Lean mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial technology, or related field preferred
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in a production or food manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience leading in a union environment is preferred
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and leadership to team members in areas of engagement, safety, quality, and cost.
• Promote a safety culture and ensure adherence to health and safety policies.
• Lead the development and monitoring of the operations strategy to achieve goals.
• Drive continuous improvement for cost, quality, food safety, and service.
• Utilize data such as OEE and line speed to improve productivity and uptime.
