Jobot is seeking a Permanent Plant Manager to lead the entire operations of our Ruston, LA plant, driving the production of innovative paper and fabric technologies with a relentless focus on quality, safety and efficiency. This is a high-impact role with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in plant management, a Six Sigma Black Belt, budgeting expertise, and a track record of building high-performing cross-functional teams to hit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in plant management in manufacturing.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with proven continuous improvement experience.
• Budgeting and financial management experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to meet production targets with high quality and safety.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations ensuring schedules, quality, and safety.
• Develop and manage KPIs for each area of responsibility.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma.
• Manage plant budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong quality culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into efficient processes.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and performance.
