Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience in production management.
• Experience with corrugating and converting equipment.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant performance related to safety, cost, uptime, quality and reliability.
• Ensure OSHA and safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate site efforts with Complex General Manager and facilities.
• Develop short- and long-term plans to reduce costs and improve delivery.
• Manage direct reports across customer service, production, quality, shipping, scheduling and maintenance.
• Build and maintain an effective team and structure to maximize performance.
• Oversee plant assets and align with strategic plans.
• Be available to work nights and weekends to support 24/7 operations.
