You will collaborate across functions to meet capacity plans, quality standards, and production schedules while driving strategic initiatives and talent development at the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations mgmt or business.
• 7–10 years in manufacturing with managerial responsibilities.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and business objectives.
• Quality, production, and materials control skills.
• Understanding of coatings, machining and assembly processes.
• Proven leadership with budgeting experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion safety and regulatory compliance.
• Reduce costs through productivity and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance on financial projections.
• Drive attainment of production schedules and capacity planning.
• Develop resources for process upgrades and new products.
• Foster talent growth and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage budgets and capital spending for improvement.
