Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. seeks a Plant Manager to lead Haslet/Fort Worth manufacturing operations for modular cooling systems.

The role reports to the VP of Manufacturing and drives safety, quality, and productivity in a dynamic ETO environment. You will oversee manufacturing, EH&S, quality, planning, and maintenance, ensuring resources are effectively utilized while delivering customer satisfaction and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing: implement a lean/operational excellence culture in manufacturing.
• 10–15 years of progressive Operations/Supply Chain experience; 5+ years in a leadership role (Plant Manager preferred).
• Strategic capability: develop and implement strategic plans and manage a complex P&L.
• Technical skills: strong problem-solving, supply chain experience, and leadership.
• Education: bachelor’s in engineering, business, or related field; MBA or master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all plant functions including Operations, Materials, Production Control, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Planning, HR, Accounting, and EH&S.
• Guide and support the plant EH&S program to meet laws and standards.
• Drive the plant's quality system and improve customer satisfaction and yield.
• Partner with Operational Excellence to teach lean concepts like 5S and Kaizen.
• Ensure on-time delivery and manage capacity, scheduling, and customer requirements.
• Oversee plant maintenance, facility improvements, and capital expenditures.
• Direct Annual Operating Plan and financial forecasts; manage budgets and productivity targets.
• Develop employee engagement and succession planning.
• Lead and support development of plant employees.
