Job summary

Stellar Energy is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Haslet, TX facility, directing all manufacturing operations for modular chiller plant systems. You will report to the VP of Manufacturing and drive safety, quality, growth, profitability, productivity, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

You will oversee Lean/OE programs, lead a highly skilled workforce, and ensure effective resource utilization in a dynamic engineer-to-order environment.

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing experience with a proven OE culture implementation.
• 10–15 years in progressive Operations/Supply Chain roles; 5+ in leadership.
• Strategic plan development with P&L management experience.
• Technical SCM skills; welding, pipe fitting, or electrical a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all plant functions and operations.
• Lead EH&S programs and regulatory compliance improvements.
• Drive quality systems, DPPM, and first-pass yield enhancements.
• Collaborate with OE to deploy lean methods and 5S throughout the plant.
• Manage budgets, supply chain, and capacity planning.
• Develop talent and succession within the manufacturing team.
