Stellar Energy, a leading provider of modular chiller plant systems, seeks a Plant Manager for its Fort Worth, TX facility. You will plan, staff, and direct all production and plant operations to meet safety, quality, growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.

You will oversee lean manufacturing initiatives, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and champion employee engagement in a dynamic ETO environment.

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing implementation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 10–15 years of progressive Operations/Supply Chain experience; at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proficiency in developing and executing strategic plans and managing a complex P&L.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills with expertise in supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; MBA/master’s preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate all plant functions, including operations, materials, production control, purchasing, quality, planning, HR, accounting, engineering, EH&S.
• Guide EH&S program improvements to meet laws and standards.
• Drive quality systems to improve customer satisfaction and yield.
• Lead lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure on-time delivery, manage schedules and special instructions for customers.
• Guide plant maintenance, process improvements, and capital expenditures.
• Direct annual operating planning and financial forecasts; manage budgets and productivity.
• Foster inclusive culture, engage employees, and support succession planning.
