The Plant Manager at Stellar Energy Americas will lead the Haslet, TX manufacturing facility, a key site for producing state-of-the-art modular chiller plant systems for data centers. Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing, the role oversees safety, quality, growth, profitability, productivity, and employee engagement while directing production and plant operations in an engineer-to-order environment.

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 10–15 years of progressive Operations/Supply Chain experience; at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate all plant functions and teams.
• Guide EH&S program and ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Drive quality systems to improve customer satisfaction and yield.
• Lead lean initiatives and training (A3, Kaizen, VSM, 5S).
• Ensure on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
