Job summary

Pacific International is exclusively retained by a global Fortune 500 organization to identify a Plant Manager for a medical device manufacturing operation in the Greater Lenox area.

The ideal candidate will lead a hands-on transformation, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost performance and customer satisfaction while building frontline leadership and embedding disciplined processes across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 8+ years manufacturing experience across operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, or CI.
• 2+ years direct people leadership experience.
• Experience leading Operational Excellence / Lean daily management with measurable results.
• Partnered with cross-functional resources (EHS, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, CI/OpEx).
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality systems and regulatory requirements.
