• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of FDA, GMP, ISO standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site safety and environmental health programs are effective.
• Lead manufacturing operations and cross-functional collaboration to meet production goals.
• Develop and manage budgets, headcount, and capital across the site.
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
