Autocam Medical is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead daily operations, drive continuous improvement, and manage production planning, quality, and cost control.

You will oversee manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 standards. A strong financial acumen and leadership mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ work experience as Plant Manager.
• Demonstrates strong financial acumen through analyzing profit and loss statements, adjusting forecasts, budgeting, and capital expenditure justifications.
• Multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong decision-making skills with data-driven reasoning.
• Effective written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Manufacturing, Maintenance, Shipping/Receiving, Production Control, Operational Cost Accounting, and Engineering.
• Support multiple value streams to meet quality and on-time delivery.
• Monitor and improve production, asset capacity, and costs while maintaining quality.
• Implement cost-effective systems for expenditures, manpower, wages, and salaries.
• Drive Lean practices and continuous improvement across the facility.
• Develop and sustain systems tracking quality, delivery, and financial metrics.
• Plan and allocate short- and long-term labor, equipment, and facilities resources.
• Collaborate with Quality Manager on quality improvements and new product launches.
• Lead, monitor, and develop direct reports; ensure regulatory compliance of 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485.
