You will set clear expectations, build accountability, and develop leaders across functions to drive continuous improvement and operational discipline.

The role requires a proven track record in manufacturing leadership, capital project experience, and the ability to manage budgets while delivering quality and service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Proven track record improving safety, reliability, productivity and cost.
• Experience establishing accountability and developing leaders across plant functions.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and financial management skills.
• Experience leading capital projects and major equipment/facility improvements.
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the facility with emphasis on safety and compliance.
• Oversee materials, production, maintenance, inventory and finished goods shipments.
• Set performance expectations and drive results across production and costs.
• Manage site budgets and identify opportunities to reduce expenses.
• Build a culture of safety, quality, reliability and accountability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Ensure operations comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, supply chain, HR, safety, and other teams.
• Develop leadership capability through coaching, succession planning and talent development.
• Support planning and execution of capital investments and facility upgrades.
