Job summary

Zekelman Industries’ Wheatland Tube division in Warren, OH, is seeking a Plant Manager to lead overall plant operations, drive safety, lean manufacturing practices, productivity, quality, and cost initiatives aligned with financial goals.

You will collaborate with HR, Safety, Finance, Sales, and Maintenance to ensure safe, efficient production, improve yields, and develop a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or technical field.
• Experience with ISO standards and labor relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote safe work practices compliant with regulations.
• Develop and execute monthly operating plans and identify risks.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Finance, Sales, and Maintenance.
• Hire, coach, and develop plant personnel.
