Job summary

Zekelman Industries, a leading North American steel pipe and tube manufacturer, seeks a Plant Manager for its Warren, Ohio site. You will lead overall plant operations, drive safety, lean initiatives, productivity, quality, and cost improvements while partnering with HR, Safety, Finance, Sales, and Maintenance.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, people development, and delivering results in a fast-paced industrial environment with strong accountability and continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a technical field.
• 5+ years leading manufacturing teams.
• Experience with ISO standards.
• Strong planning and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant plant operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Develops and executes operating plans for current and upcoming months.
• Foster accountability and a culture of safety, metrics and excellence.
• Coordinate with HR, Safety, Finance, Sales and Maintenance.
• Review daily reports to resolve issues and minimize costs.
• Hire, coach and develop staff for strong leadership and teamwork.
• Ensure safety, quality and on-time production across departments.
