Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing with 5+ years in Plant Manager or equivalent role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills; proven ability to coach and develop leaders.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, shipments, quality, and safety goals.
• Drive safety and continuous improvement through LEAN/Kaizen initiatives and data-driven decisions.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX, and long-term strategic planning; lead S&OP with cross-functional teams.
• Develop talent, coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
