Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 10+ years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading a manufacturing facility with safety, quality, productivity, cost management, and employee development.
• Experience leading operations in a unionized manufacturing environment is a plus (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Continuously improves plant performance by implementing lean manufacturing concepts and processes.
• Implements production plans, tracks KPI performance, and takes corrective actions as needed.
• Creates and implements improvement plans for overall operation.
• Manages safety observances and promotes daily safety practices.
• Coordinates with other departments and maintains plant budget discipline.
