Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage manufacturing engineering, production operations, maintenance, planning and EHS within a single facility.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Forecast production needs and manage the budget and costs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Develop and mentor teams and drive performance.
