Oldcastle Infrastructure in Ogden, UT is seeking a Plant Manager to lead all on-site operations, drive safety culture, and optimize production efficiency. This role requires coordinating with sales, engineering, accounting and transportation to meet production, quality and delivery goals.

The successful candidate will champion Lean initiatives, coach leaders, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards while delivering strong customer service and cost control.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of leadership in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with precast/concrete or building materials is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.

• Ensure employees and visitors comply with safety and environmental practices, lead by example to foster a safety-first culture.
• Lead production to meet output, quality, and on-time shipping targets; optimize scheduling to meet customer needs.
• Develop a focus on customer service and proactive communication across the team.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure drawings and designs are used correctly during manufacturing.
• Apply Lean tools (5S, Kaizen) to improve processes and expand capacity; drive root-cause analysis for quality.
