Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Plant Manager in Ogden, UT. This onsite role leads safety, production, and continuous improvement across operations, sales, engineering, accounting, and transportation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in industrial manufacturing leadership, with Lean and quality system experience. You will coach teams, optimize cost, and ensure on-time delivery for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or engineering.
• 8+ years in a leadership role in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with precast/concrete or building materials is a plus.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement mindset.
• Willingness to work in a production/plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture and compliance on site.
• Drive production output, quality, and on-time shipping.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and transportation.
• Develop Lean initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Set and execute financial goals for the plant.
• Hire, train, and retain operations staff.
• Maintain a clean, tour-ready workplace.
• Coach supervisors and lead daily/weekly meetings.
