Oldcastle Infrastructure in Ogden, UT is seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations onsite. This senior role drives production, safety, quality, and customer service while coordinating with engineering, quality and maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or engineering and 8+ years in industrial manufacturing leadership, with Lean and continuous improvement experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in a leadership role in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with precast/concrete or building materials is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset at the plant.
• Ability to work on your feet for the majority of the day in a production/plant environment subjects to areas that are unheated and/or non-air conditioned.
• Ability to work with computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AX).
• Ability to lead and direct other individuals and work with other group leaders.

• Safety: lead safety culture and ensure compliance with safety and environmental practices.
• Direct production to meet output, quality, on-time shipping, and scheduling for customer needs.
• Foster teamwork across operations, sales, engineering, accounting and transportation.
• Partner with engineering to ensure proper drawings are used in manufacturing.
• Implement Lean systems (5S, Kaizen) to drive improvements and expand capacity.
• Use quality management systems to drive root-cause analysis and corrections.
• Coach staff and lead meetings to set expectations and develop employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
