Job summary

TOMZ Corporation is seeking a Plant Manager responsible for plant supply, production, and customer service. This role develops and manages short and long-term plans, budgets, and headcount to sustain manufacturing efforts across Facilities, MFG Ops, Post Machining Ops, and Quality Ops.

Lead lean initiatives, drive cost reductions, and ensure end-to-end oversight of manufacturing activities. Strong leadership and ERP/MS Office skills required. Medical device experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading plant operations and driving cost reductions.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methods.
• Proficient with ERP and MS Office for reporting and planning.
• Proven ability to meet EH&S, on-time delivery and inventory targets.

Responsibilities

• Directs production planning, scheduling, and delivery to meet customer commitments.
• Manages budgets, operating costs, and capital expenditures.
• Drives lean initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Oversees quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across the site.
• Reports performance metrics and communicates status to management and customers.
• Leads change management and cross-functional teams to achieve targets.
