Job summary
Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Plant Manager for its onsite New London, NC facility.
You will lead production, safety, quality and training across a 250-employee site, directly guiding 125 associates, driving lean practices and continuous improvement to meet cost and delivery goals. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success leading managers and frontline leaders in a production setting.
- Proven ability to build, develop, and sustain high-performing teams.
- Strong track record of meeting production, safety, quality, and cost objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing-related computer systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain EHS performance and safety training compliance.
- Lead production and training teams; coach frontline leaders.
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Meet production, safety, quality, cost and delivery goals.
- Collaborate with corporate teams on capacity and process improvements.
