Qualifications

• 7+ years of plant management or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading a complete manufacturing operation across multiple departments.
• Strong track record on KPIs, budgets and financial performance.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to lead and develop large teams in a high-performance culture.
• Experience with capital expenditure, maintenance programmes and projects.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality, safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Own plant operations across manufacturing, production, engineering, quality and logistics.
• Lead and develop a multi-functional workforce focused on safety and accountability.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage performance against safety, quality, delivery and financial targets.
• Oversee budgets, capex and cost-control to ensure profitability.
• Maintain safety culture and compliance with EHS standards and OSHA requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and equipment utilization.
• Resolve critical operational challenges to maintain customer commitments.
• Standardize procedures and continuous improvement practices across the facility.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to meet customer requirements.
