Job summary

Engineered Products LLC is seeking a hands‑on Plant Manager to lead daily metal fabrication operations in Easley, SC. You will oversee safety, quality, delivery, and cost, driving continuous improvement and OpEx initiatives across a high‑mix environment.

You will develop and coach a leadership team, coordinate across functions (Engineering, EH&S, Quality, Finance, Sales), and ensure ERP and shop floor systems support efficient production and on‑time customer deliveries.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering/Operations).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
• Experience in metal fabrication or heavy manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading multi‑department, multi‑shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi‑shift, single‑site manufacturing with production, maintenance, tooling, and shipping & receiving.
• Own execution against production schedule, aligning labor, equipment, materials and capacity.
• Lead daily/weekly operating reviews on schedule attainment, quality, and shipment priorities.
• Develop a capable leadership team and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Own OpEx roadmap and Lean transformation at the site.
• Oversee safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance across the value stream.
• Manage budgets, asset utilization, and capital projects from initiation to installation.
