Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Berea, OH is seeking a Senior Plant Manager to shape and execute the manufacturing strategy for the plant. You will lead the manufacturing function, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality and efficiency across operations.

The role requires strong Lean manufacturing experience, proven leadership in a fast-paced CNC/machining environment, and the ability to manage complex projects and budgets. Travel and relocation flexibility are a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related field (engineering, science, business).
• 5–7 years of plant management experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience and ability to drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives the plant manufacturing strategy to increase profits and efficiency.
• Oversees targets for on-time delivery, cost reduction, and operating cash flow with action plans.
• Leads manufacturing teams and applies CAM quality and standards across operations.
