Job summary

Miller Fabrication Solutions is seeking a Plant Manager for our Pine Creek manufacturing operations in Brookville, PA. This state-of-the-art facility opened in 2024 and serves as the component producer for other Miller operations.

The ideal candidate will build high-performing teams, drive safety, quality, cost and delivery goals, and lead continuous improvement with Lean, Engineering, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Build strong teams and develop people.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing frontline supervisors.
• Drive accountability, effective communication and teamwork.
• Be data driven: analyze, summarize, and present recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Sound judgment and comfort with budgets and plant metrics.
• Strong communication across levels, from shop floor to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone on the floor and build trust.
• Own safety, quality, cost and delivery goals and metrics for the plant.
• Build and develop the team by coaching supervisors and employees.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean, Engineering, and Quality teams.
