You will direct production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow, while collaborating with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain to optimize processes and reduce waste.

The role includes budgeting, performance tracking, staff development, and strict adherence to safety and environmental standards, in a high-volume precision

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations.
• Strong Operations Management skills, including planning, organizing, and improving production processes.
• Proficiency in Production Planning, including scheduling, capacity planning, and materials coordination.
• In-depth understanding of Manufacturing Operations, including quality, safety, and Lean/continuous improvement.
• Proven leadership abilities, including team development and performance management.
• Experience in high-volume, precision machining or related manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze data, use KPIs, and drive cost reductions.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing performance.
• Oversee production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to meet quality and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Manage plant budgets, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and coach team members while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental policies.
