Job summary

Etex Maryville Plant is seeking a Plant Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Maryville, TN facility. You will oversee production, maintenance, quality, safety, engineering, and continuous improvement to safely deliver high-quality products while meeting customer, productivity, and financial objectives.

You will partner with commercial, supply chain, finance, and HR leaders to drive operational excellence and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-functional manufacturing teams.
• Experience managing capital projects and manufacturing investments.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
• Lead plant operations to achieve production, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
• Promote a quality-first culture and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
• Drive World Class Manufacturing and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Partner with engineering to identify and execute capital investment projects.
• Manage operating budgets and monitor KPIs to drive performance.
• Develop and mentor a diverse team across Production, Quality, EHS, Maintenance, Engineering, and CI.
