Texas Materials, a CRH company, seeks an Aggregate Production Manager to lead day-to-day plant operations and cultivate a strong, collaborative team. You will direct workloads, supervise staff, and ensure quality assurance while maximizing efficiency and safety.

The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, cost control, and coordination of work at plant locations and job sites. Strong communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to safety are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
• Three to five years of increasing responsibilities with similar duties within the construction industry.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coach, and motivate plant personnel.
• Direct daily plant workforce and oversee operations.
• Maintain plant quality assurance and safety compliance.
• Perform routine plant maintenance and inspections.
• Control expenditures and maximize profits for the plant, region, and company.
• Review time cards and attendance; enforce company policies.
• Travel and work away from home as needed; nights and weekends when required.
