Job summary

• 3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing.

• Proficient using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing operations business plans to include all program requirements, labor hours, cycles, quality control, production costs and image.
• Provides guidance to development of manufacturing process plan, including personnel requirements, material needs, facility needs and tooling and equipment needs.
• Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives by training and ensuring all associates are aware of and comply with company, government and customer policies, procedures and regulations.
• Performs administrative activities associated with management of operations and staff including compiling, storing, retrieving data for reports.
• Provide input for development of product strategy and research and development of new and emerging products and industries.
• Ensure the safety of all associates.
